About

The Levy Library is a library of campaign materials donated by levy and bond campaigns across Washington State.  It is a free resource for levy and bond campaign volunteers.

The Levy Library is a project of the League of Education Voters, a grassroots statewide network of advocates working to improve education from early learning through higher education.

LEV was founded in 2001 to provide a truly independent, powerful voice for parents, educators and community members to improve Washington’s education system through grassroots and political action.

In 2007, we joined a grassroots effort to pass EHJR 4204, simple majority for school levies.  Together with students, parents, educators, PTAs and the Washington Education Association, we made it possible for school levies to pass with 50 percent plus one vote.
